Customer Reviews: great bow, great serviceMay 29, 2010 Daniel A. Montoya(Fallbrook, CA) When stringing the bow the first time, I sneezed and let the string slip on wrong, which led to a limb snapping... before i even shot the bow. I called the vendor and they gave me a free exchange! I'm now enjoying shooting this awesome (for the budget) recurve bow.
Not bad for a first bowMay 18, 2010 Ricardo Serrano(Cincinnati) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this and had only small trouble getting the limbs on. There was some wobble until until it was strung. It's powerful at 50lbs draw. Seems sturdy enough and easy to transport than a compound bow since it comes apart. Not too bad for the price.
garbageApril 29, 2010 J. Hill(Spartanburg, SC) 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
Don't waste your time & money on this bow. I purchased one, assembled & strung it (despite a lack of instructions), and planned on shooting it the next day. In the morning, I found that one of the limbs had delaminated (i.e., the fiberglass on the outside of the limb had separated from the wood inside and the limb was bent at an almost 90-degree angle. The bow had NEVER BEEN FIRED...only test-drawn 3-4 times to determine proper arrow length. Total garbage.
